It's that time again. The 13th Schöneweider spring cleaning in Wuhlheide is starting! This year we are able to help with the organization for the first time and are very happy about the task! You can collect independently between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. At the material distribution desk you will receive information about the collection area, (if required) collection material, pocket ashtrays and a voucher for a warm soup, which the Waldkater (at the FEZ) kindly donates. Please bring your own work gloves and, if you have one, your own garbage grabs. Everyone else is provided with these materials. After collecting garbage, please bring the grabbers back to the stand. You can leave the filled garbage bags on the main paths and we will then collect them using cargo bikes/handcarts. On Saturday, September 18th, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., a garbage collection and information event by the local group of NABU (Treptow-Köpenick) will take place as part of the "coastal cleaning campaign", at which we will also be represented and will provide our equipment for interested garbage collectors make available. There will be two information stands (Spreetunnel/Müggelpark and Rübezahl), where, among other things, collection equipment will be distributed. A little surprise awaits all participants.
